Product Description

The Expanded Diamond Mesh Rolling Machine is a special rolling device, mainly used for making diamond holes in the center tube. The Expanded Diamond Mesh Rolling Machine is an efficient and precise rolling device, widely used in pipeline manufacturing, container manufacturing and construction industries.

The equipment mainly includes a steel strip rack, a tying and cutting mechanism, an edge expansion mechanism, a flattening mechanism and a rolling and forming mechanism which are arranged in sequence. The tying and cutting mechanism includes a control box, a housing and a tying and cutting roller, wherein the tying and cutting roller is divided into an upper tying and cutting roller and a lower tying and cutting roller for cutting the material. The edge expansion mechanism realizes the expansion of the material through the expansion guide rail and the rolling shaft, and the width between the guide rails gradually increases from the front end to the rear end to adapt to the center tubes of different specifications. The flattening mechanism ensures the flatness of the material through the support plate and the flattening roller.
